On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 13:00, we held the 6th installment of our Geography Department Seminar Series, titled 'Academic Experiences and Graduate Education Opportunities in Boston, MA, USA,' in Room 310 of Building A at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

    During the seminar delivered by our department faculty member and deputy department chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Canan Zehra ÇAVUŞ, our esteemed professor shared valuable insights and experiences from her academic role in Boston from January to July 2023 with our academic staff and students. 

     In recognition of her valuable contributions, a certificate of appreciation was presented to our professor on behalf of our department by our department chair, Prof. Dr. Hasan TATLI.
