Prof. Dr. Zahide ACAR, a faculty member in our department and also the vice dean of our faculty, provided insights to DHA (Demirören Haber Ajansı) on October 9, 2023, regarding the increases in seawater temperature. Our professor emphasized that these temperature rises could potentially trigger heavy rainfall and also shared information about possible future scenarios.
