Internship Procedures

For the 2023-2024 Academic Year, students who will be doing internships in our faculty must submit their internship application documents by June 24, 2024. The list of students approved for internships, Internship Application Forms, barcoded copies of the Health Provision and Activation (SPAS) Entitlement Certificate obtained from the E-Government Portal, Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training participation certificates, photocopies of ID, and the signed student declaration must be submitted.

Additionally, if students who are to perform their internships encounter a compelling reason (such as health issues, disasters, the death of a first-degree relative, etc.) that prevents them from continuing their internship, it is mandatory for the student to inform the internship supervisor in the department with a written petition, along with documents such as a medical report, on the same day they are unable to attend the internship.

Students are required to complete their internships on the dates specified in the internship application form (except for applications under the National Internship Mobilization). No changes can be made to the internship dates after the form is approved and the insurance entry is made. Internship documents submitted after June 25, 2024, will not be processed.
